President's weekend....
We researched hotels and settled on the Der Ritterhof.  They have a hot tub, microwave, refrigerators and hair dryers in the rooms.  We'll stay two nights-the 19th and 20th.
The rates are $110 for 2 Queens ($15 extra for each additional person over 2) and $102 for 1 Queen.  The phone # at the hotel is 1-800-255-5845.
The hotel is downtown Leavenworth.  There are 26 K of ski trails in the area.  If you go online to Leavenworth, you will be abel to check out maps of the trails.
Then are 10 people so far, signed up for the trip.  We'd love to have more people join us.  When you call the hotel, make sure that you say you are with the Panhandle Nordic Club from Coeur d'Alene.  They will put us all in the same area.  If we happen to reserve 15 rooms, we will receive a group discount on the rooms.
