In order to receive email from the club, you may join either through Yahoo Groups OR the new Aweber autoresponder. (You can join both, but the messages will be the same).

If you are currently getting emails you do not need to do anything.

The only reason I have added the new autoresponder is because many members have not getting emails, apparently because their Internet provider was block in them.

OR to join through Aweber (more likely that email will get through) use the form:

You will shortly get an email asking you to confirm that you want to be added to the list. If you don't confirm you will not be added to the list.

If you are on either list and are not getting your email it is being blocked as spam -- Scroll Down For Instructions on how to get the email through.

You may email the entire group on Yahoo through this address:

panhandlenordic@yahoogroups.com

You must send your email from the same email address you are signed up with (or it will not be accepted).

Emails from yahoogroups will have [panhandlenordic] as part of the Subject.

To check for any emails you might have missed, or to add your profile, you can go to yahoo.com, sign in, and click on Groups which is in a column on the left side.

Note: If you are brand new to the Yahoo Group list, you now need approval to send messages to the entire group. The only reason is because there were some spam problems. If you are a club member call me at 208-667-3779 and I can change that. Leave a message that includes your email address.

You can not mail to the people signed up under Aweber. If you sign under Aweber you can reply to me and I can forward the message.

Instructions to make sure you get your email

I can't figure out how to make the email I send come with a yahoogroups address.

From Now On the email you get will show as coming from Panhandle Nordic and from now on I will be using this email address ski@manurehappens.com.

Instructions for AOL users

• Open your AOL e-mail account
• Click "Address Book"
• Click "Add Contact"
• Create a contact listing for Panhandle Nordic with the primary e-mail address manurehappens.com for Yahoo.
  panhandlenordicclub.com for Aweber

Instructions for Hotmail users

• Open your Hotmail e-mail account
• Click "Contacts"
• In the left-hand menu, click "Safe List"
• Enter manurehappens.com and click "Add" for Yahoo
  Or panhandlenordicclub.com and click "Add" for Aweber

Instructions for Yahoo! users

• Open your Yahoo! e-mail account
• Click "Mail," and select "Options"
• Click "Filters"
• Click "Add"
• Click in the text box in the top row ("From header") and enter manurehappens.com for Yahoo or panhandlenordicclub.com for Aweber
• In the pull-down menu for "Move the message to," choose "Inbox"
• Click "Add Filter"
• Also, please add the addresses ski @ manurehappens.com to your address book. (Or webmaster @ panhandlenordicclub.com for Aweber) without the spaces

Instructions for other e-mail services

• Add manurehappens.com to your address book or list of contacts for Yahoo. OR panhandlenordicclub.com for Aweber
• If you can't add an entire domain (manurehappens.com) to your contacts list, please add the e-mail addresses ski @ manurehappens.com or
• To do this, open your email program. Look for a menu item (probably on the top) which says something like "Addresses", "Address Book", "Friends", "Safe List" or similar. Click on it.
• If you can't find that, see if you have a menu item (usually across the top) that says "Tools". Click on that to open a drop down menu. Look for "Addresses" or "Address Book" or similar.
• Look for either "New" or "Add" (or similar). Click on that.
• In the place for an email address, enter ski @ manurehappens.com (for Yahoo Groups) OR webmaster @ panhandlenordicclub.com (for Aweber) (without the spaces in the address) and either hit the Enter key or click on a Submit button.
